These are times when we see Negativity everywhere we turn. I am sharing an interesting article that explains how we are lured into negative thinking by our thought patterns. Awareness of these patterns can help us recognize these habitual patterns of thought in ourselves. Awareness can lead to action – making changes in our thought and behavior that will cause less harm to ourselves and our near and dear ones.
